Heavy-Duty Specifications for Special Applications
The Waterproof Hardie Backer Board measures 2440 by 1220 mm. Standard thicknesses are 12 mm and 20 mm. The compressive strength is higher than standard. It is 300 kPa as standard. We can go up to 500 kPa. This is much stronger than ordinary backer boards. The thermal conductivity is ≤0.034 W/(m·K). The water absorption rate is ≤1.5%. The dimensional stability is ≤1.5% after 48 hours at 70°C. The density can be higher. We can customize it up to 65 kg/m³. The standard color is blue. We have partnered with Manridge Group for years. Some of their special projects require high hardness and high waterproofing. Standard products do not meet the requirement. Our Waterproof Hardie Backer Board does.
