Higher Compressive Strength for Demanding Conditions
The Hardie Board Hydrodefense measures 2440 by 1220 mm. Standard thicknesses are 12 mm and 20 mm. The compressive strength is higher than standard. It is 250 kPa as standard. We can go up to 300 kPa. Higher compressive strength means better hardness and protection. The thermal conductivity is ≤0.034 W/(m·K). The water absorption rate is ≤1.5%. The dimensional stability is ≤1.5% after 48 hours at 70°C. The density can be higher. We can customize it up to 65 kg/m³. The standard color is blue. We have supplied this board to Wenzhou Airport and Wenzhou International Electromechanical City. The public bathrooms in these high-traffic locations used our Hardie Board Hydrodefense.
