Optimal Thickness for Floor Applications
The Waterproofing and Heat Insulation Floor Board measures 1800 by 600 mm. Standard thicknesses are 20 mm, 30 mm, and 50 mm. These are the most popular thicknesses for floor heating projects. The compressive strength is 250 kPa. We can go up to 1000 kPa for heavy loads. Floors must handle weight. Compressive strength is critical. The thermal conductivity is ≤0.034 W/(m·K). The water absorption rate is ≤1.5%. The dimensional stability is ≤1.5% after 48 hours at 70°C. The density is 25 to 32 kg/m³. We can customize it up to 65 kg/m³. The standard color is blue. We have partnered with Manridge Group for years. They do underfloor heating systems. Our floor board is used with their systems. The results are excellent.
