The Greentech Thermal Insulation Panel comes in a standard size of 1800 by 600 mm. The maximum width can go up to 1200 mm. The thickness ranges from 10 mm to 180 mm. The compressive strength is 250 kPa as standard. We can take it up to 1000 kPa for special needs. The thermal conductivity is ≤0.034 W/(m·K). We can lower it to 0.024 W/(m·K). This is better than standard panels. The water absorption rate is ≤1.5%. The dimensional stability is ≤1.5% after 48 hours at 70°C. The density is 25 to 32 kg/m³. We can customize it up to 65 kg/m³. Every batch is tested for thermal conductivity. Every batch is tested for compressive strength. Every batch is tested for fire resistance. We use a 160-type extruder. We use a 150-type CO₂ foaming line. We also use a 300-type CO₂ foaming line. This equipment gives us consistent quality. You get the same performance in every shipment.
