The board has a closed-cell honeycomb structure. This structure locks in air. Air is a poor conductor of heat. That is why this board insulates so well. The cells also block water. Water cannot get in. This keeps the board dry and strong. We use CO₂ foaming technology in our production lines. This gives the board a uniform density. Every piece is the same. Every piece performs the same. Our factory in Wenzhou covers 15,000 square meters. We have 20 skilled workers. Our monthly production is 50,000 cubic meters. Our annual capacity exceeds 300,000 cubic meters. This scale means we can deliver large orders on time.

The Extruded Polystyrene Thermal Insulation Board comes in a standard size of 1800 by 600 mm. You can choose the thickness from 10 mm up to 180 mm. The compressive strength is 200 kPa as standard. We can go up to 1000 kPa for special requirements. The thermal conductivity is ≤0.034 W/(m·K). We can bring it down to 0.024 W/(m·K) for higher performance needs. The water absorption rate is ≤1.5%. The dimensional stability is ≤1.5% after 48 hours at 70°C. The density ranges from 25 to 32 kg/m³. We can customize it up to 65 kg/m³. The standard color is blue. We also offer yellow, pink, and white. We test every batch. We measure the thermal conductivity. We check the compressive strength. We verify the fire resistance rating. We do not ship boards that do not meet our standards.

This board has been used in some of China's most demanding projects. The Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant used our Extruded Polystyrene Thermal Insulation Board. The Fuding Nuclear Power Plant used it too. The Samsung project in Xi'an chose our boards. The SK Hynix project in Wuxi chose them as well. The BOE project in Chongqing also selected Luckyfoam. These are not easy customers.
