The Heat Barrier Shield Board does two things. It insulates. It also provides physical protection. It shields the protected area from the outside environment. Outside heat cannot get through. Outside impact damage cannot get through either. Our Luckyfoam Heat Barrier Shield Board uses high-density XPS material. The surface has a hard skin. This skin makes the board impact-resistant. Strong and Durable Specifications
The Heat Barrier Shield Board measures 1800 by 600 mm. The thickness ranges from 10 mm to 180 mm. The compressive strength is higher than standard. It is 250 kPa as standard. We can go up to 1000 kPa. Higher compressive strength means better protection. The thermal conductivity is ≤0.034 W/(m·K). The water absorption rate is ≤1.5%. The dimensional stability is ≤1.5% after 48 hours at 70°C. The density can be higher. We can customize it up to 65 kg/m³. The standard color is blue. We also offer yellow, pink, and white.
