The High Thermal Insulation Panel measures 1800 by 600 mm. The thickness ranges from 10 mm to 180 mm. The compressive strength is 200 kPa. The thermal conductivity can go down to ≤0.024 W/(m·K). This is much lower than the standard 0.034. The insulation effect is significantly better. The water absorption rate is ≤1.5%. The dimensional stability is ≤1.5% after 48 hours at 70°C. The density is 25 to 32 kg/m³. We can customize it up to 65 kg/m³. The standard color is blue. We also offer yellow, pink, and white. We have supplied this panel to the Samsung project in Xi'an. We have supplied it to the SK Hynix project in Wuxi. We have supplied it to the BOE project in Chongqing. These electronics factories require extremely precise temperature control.
