Heat goes sideways or downward instead of rising to your feet. Our floor heat insulation board solves this problem. It is a rigid XPS board placed directly under the heating pipes or electric mats. Its job is simple: block heat from going down. As a result, your floor surface reaches the desired temperature faster, and your heating system cycles less often. That saves energy and extends the life of your heating equipment. We started making XPS in 2003. We are the first XPS factory in southern Zhejiang. Simple Installation and Cost-Effective Solutions

 

Installation is straightforward. First, make sure the subfloor is clean and level. Then lay our boards tightly together. For best results, tape the seams with aluminum foil tape. Then lay the reflective film, heating pipes or mats, and finally the screed. No special training is needed. If you are working on a large project, we can mix different thicknesses in one order. For example, use 50 mm boards for ground-floor heating and 20 mm boards for upper floors. Large orders qualify for discounts.
