Stable Specifications for Long Life
The Sustainable Heat Retention Board measures 1800 by 600 mm. The thickness ranges from 10 mm to 180 mm. The compressive strength is 200 kPa. We can go up to 1000 kPa for heavy loads. The thermal conductivity is ≤0.034 W/(m·K). We can lower it to 0.024 W/(m·K). The water absorption rate is ≤1.5%. The dimensional stability is ≤1.5% after 48 hours at 70°C. This ensures the board keeps its size over many years. The density is 25 to 32 kg/m³. We can customize it up to 65 kg/m³. The standard color is blue. We also offer yellow, pink, and white. We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. We have supplied to Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant and Fuding Nuclear Power Plant. Nuclear plants have very long design lives. Insulation must last just as long. Our board did.
